For most Indian small businesses, Hostinger is the best value of the three in 2026. It starts cheaper, includes more in its entry plan, and renews lower than GoDaddy’s comparable tiers. GoDaddy makes sense if you want a shorter lock-in or already manage your domains there. Bluehost suits WordPress sites aimed at US audiences more than Indian ones.
That’s the short answer. The longer one depends on what you’re building, who your visitors are, and how much you’ll pay in year four, not just year one. We build and host websites for clients across India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia from our office in Ahmedabad, so this comparison comes from setting up, migrating and maintaining real sites on these web hosting services, not from reading spec sheets.
What Indian businesses actually need from web hosting services
Before comparing brands, it helps to be clear about what matters for an Indian business site. In our experience, five things decide whether a host works out:
- Speed for Indian visitors. If most of your customers are in India, a server in or near India cuts load time. Google uses page experience as a ranking signal, so this affects SEO too.
- The real price, including renewal. Every host advertises a first-term rate. The renewal rate is what you live with.
- What’s included. A free domain, SSL, email and backups can save you ₹2,000–₹4,000 a year in add-ons.
- Ease of management. Most business owners don’t want to learn server administration.
- Support you can reach. When your site goes down during a sale, response time matters.
Let’s take each provider in turn.
Hostinger web hosting plans: the budget leader with real features
Hostinger has grown into one of the most popular hosts in India by pairing low prices with a genuinely modern stack: LiteSpeed web servers, NVMe storage on higher tiers, and its own control panel, hPanel, which is far easier for beginners than cPanel.
Hostinger web hosting plans and prices in India
Here is what Hostinger’s India site showed during its current Sale Season, on the 48-month term (prices exclude 18% GST):
| Plan | Sale price | Renews at | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single | ₹69/mo | ₹289/mo | One small site or landing page |
| Premium | ₹139/mo | ₹449/mo | Small business site plus a blog |
| Unlimited | ₹199/mo | ₹649/mo | Agencies, multiple sites, WooCommerce |
| Cloud Startup | ₹599/mo | ₹1,599/mo | Busy stores and high-traffic sites |

What we like about Hostinger
- hPanel is simple. Clients we hand sites over to can manage email, backups and SSL without calling us.
- WordPress hosting services built in. One-click WordPress install, LiteSpeed Cache and auto-updates come standard, which is why Hostinger’s WordPress plans are priced the same as its shared hosting.
- Room to grow. You can move from shared hosting to cloud or a VPS inside the same account without changing providers.
- Free domain and SSL on most annual-or-longer plans.
Where Hostinger falls short
- The headline price needs a 48-month commitment, paid upfront.
- Renewal is roughly 3–4x the sale price. Plan for it.
- Support is chat and ticket only, with no phone line.
GoDaddy: strong brand, thinner entry plan
GoDaddy is the name most Indian business owners recognise, mainly because so many register their domain there. Its hosting uses cPanel and its plans are straightforward.
GoDaddy hosting plans in India
| Plan | Intro price | Term | Renews at | Sites |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹89/mo | 36 months | ₹299/mo | 1 |
| Economy | ₹219/mo | 36 months | ₹599/mo | 1 |
| Deluxe | ₹329/mo | 36 months | ₹849/mo | 10 |
| Ultimate | ₹399/mo | 36 months | ₹1,099/mo | 25 |
Source: GoDaddy India pricing, read 18 August 2026 (details).
The catch is the entry plan. GoDaddy’s Starter tier includes no free domain, no free email and no SSL; those begin at Economy, ₹219 a month. Hostinger’s Single plan includes a domain, backups and a CDN at ₹69. On renewal, the entry plans are only ₹10 apart, so the real difference is what you get, not the sticker price.
GoDaddy’s advantage is a shorter 36-month term and phone support. If you dislike long commitments, that counts.
Bluehost: built for WordPress, built for the US
Bluehost has been on WordPress.org’s recommended hosting list for years, and it remains a capable WordPress host with cPanel and a polished onboarding flow. For Indian businesses, though, there are two practical issues.
First, Bluehost’s servers are mainly in the US, so pages travel further to reach visitors in Mumbai or Ahmedabad unless you put a CDN in front. Second, its India-specific storefront has largely been folded into its global site, so many Indian buyers now see USD pricing and international card checkout. Check the live price and the renewal rate before you commit, because Bluehost’s renewals typically jump sharply after the first term.
Bluehost is a reasonable pick if your audience is mostly in the US or you specifically want cPanel with WordPress-focused tooling. For an India-first business, it’s usually the third choice.
Head-to-head: shared hosting compared side by side
If you just want the decision table, here it is. These are entry-level shared hosting tiers, which is where most small businesses start.
| Factor | Hostinger | GoDaddy | Bluehost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry price (first term) | ₹69/mo (48 months) | ₹89/mo (36 months) | Check live price, often USD |
| Entry plan renewal | ₹289/mo | ₹299/mo | Usually 2–3x first term |
| Free domain on entry plan | Yes | No (from Economy) | Yes, first year |
| Free SSL on entry plan | Yes | No (from Economy) | Yes |
| Control panel | hPanel (beginner-friendly) | cPanel | cPanel |
| Web server | LiteSpeed | Apache-based | Apache-based |
| Servers near India | Yes, Asia region incl. India | Asia region available | Mainly US |
| Phone support | No | Yes | Yes |
| Money-back guarantee | 30 days | 30 days | 30 days |
Our reading: Hostinger wins on value and speed for Indian visitors. GoDaddy wins on commitment length and phone support. Bluehost wins only if your audience is mainly American.
Hostinger Black Friday deals: is now the right time to buy?
Yes, if you were going to buy hosting in the next few months anyway. The Black Friday sale Hostinger is running this year is branded “Sale Season” in India, and Hostinger’s own FAQ says it runs from 19 October to 14 December 2026. That’s nearly two months, so there’s no need to panic-buy on 27 November itself.
What the Hostinger Black Friday deals include
- Web hosting from ₹69/month on the 48-month term (83% off the struck price)
- .com domains at ₹1 for the first year
- Business email from ₹29/month
- VPS from ₹599/month
- Doubled AI website builder credits on hosting plans
Two honest cautions. The discount applies to your first term only, and the biggest percentage (99%) is the domain, not the hosting. Read the renewal line printed under each price before you pay.
Using a Hostinger hosting coupon code on top of the sale
You can often stack a Hostinger hosting coupon code on top of sale pricing for an extra discount on your first term. Ours is below. Apply it at checkout on any 12-month or longer hosting plan:
Claim an extra 20% off at Hostinger
Use Sumay Infotech’s Hostinger referral link or code to get an extra 20% discount on eligible Hostinger hosting, domains and other products.

Referral code: 1MAYANKDOMA25
Looking for a Hostinger domain coupon code? During the sale, a new .com is already ₹1 for year one, so a separate domain code rarely beats it. Coupons don’t usually apply to renewals, so budget for the standard domain renewal (about ₹1,499/year at current rates).
Which host should you choose? Our recommendation
- New business site or portfolio: Hostinger Premium. Enough room for a site, a blog and email, at a price that stays sensible at renewal.
- Several client or brand sites: Hostinger Unlimited. GoDaddy’s equivalent (Deluxe) costs more and caps you at 10 sites.
- WooCommerce store or busy site: Hostinger Cloud Startup, or a VPS if you need full control. See our guide to shared hosting vs private hosting (internal link to Article 4).
- You won’t commit to 4 years: GoDaddy’s 36-month terms are the shorter lock-in.
- US-focused WordPress blog: Bluehost is a fair option.
Why Sumay Infotech works with Hostinger
We’re a web development and digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad, and an official Hostinger partner. We didn’t choose Hostinger because of the partnership; we became partners because most of our client sites already ran on it. For the Laravel apps and WordPress sites we build, it gives us a good balance of speed, price and ease of handover.
As a partner, we help clients pick the right plan, set up hosting, and migrate existing sites from GoDaddy, Bluehost or other hosts without downtime. If you’d rather not deal with DNS records and file transfers, talk to our team (link to your contact page).

FAQ
Which is the best web hosting service for small businesses in India?
For most small businesses, Hostinger offers the best value among popular webhosting services in India. It’s cheaper to start, includes a free domain and SSL on the entry plan, uses fast LiteSpeed servers, and has servers in Asia including India. GoDaddy is a good alternative if you prefer phone support or a shorter commitment.
Is Hostinger better than GoDaddy for shared hosting?
On shared hosting, Hostinger is better value. Its entry plan costs ₹69 a month against GoDaddy’s ₹89, and it includes a domain, SSL and backups that GoDaddy only adds from its ₹219 tier. Renewal rates are close (₹289 vs ₹299), so the difference is mainly in features.
Is Bluehost good for Indian websites?
Bluehost is a solid WordPress host, but its servers are mainly in the US, which adds delay for Indian visitors unless you use a CDN. Pricing for Indian buyers is often shown in USD now. It suits US-focused sites better than India-first businesses.
Are Hostinger web hosting plans good for WordPress?
Yes. Hostinger web hosting plans include one-click WordPress install, the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, automatic updates and free SSL. Its WordPress hosting services and shared hosting plans are the same price, so you can pick by resources rather than by label.
When does the Hostinger Black Friday sale end in 2026?
Hostinger’s own FAQ states the Black Friday sale (called Sale Season in India) runs from 19 October to 14 December 2026. Prices can change during the sale, so check the live page before paying.
Does the Hostinger hosting coupon code work during Black Friday?
In most cases, yes. A Hostinger hosting coupon code can usually be applied on top of Black Friday deals for 12-month or longer plans. Try our code 1MAYANKDOMA25 at checkout; if a better automatic discount is already applied, Hostinger will use whichever is valid.
Can Sumay Infotech migrate my site from GoDaddy or Bluehost to Hostinger?
Yes. As a Hostinger partner based in Ahmedabad, Sumay Infotech handles full migrations including files, databases, email and DNS, for clients in India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We schedule the switch so your site stays live throughout.
